Selection of Initial Material Based on Phenological Observation Results of Mung Bean Varieties Chosen from the Collection Nursery Rice Research Institute

Abstract

This article provides information on the selection of initial materials from a mung bean collection comprising varieties from the Philippines, India, Vietnam, and China. Based on phenological observations, varieties with high yield potential, early maturity, and resistance to diseases and pests were identified for further use in breeding programs.
