Abstract

In this research work, we are talking about the pedagogical and psychological aspects of karate in the physical and spiritual development of young people, the importance of sports in the educational process. In addition, the conditions of origin and development of the sport of karate were studied. Scientific research conducted by scientists on the sport of karate has been analyzed.
